Share-Me for Event Stamp Rally Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) set forth the terms and conditions for the use of the event stamp rally service “Share-Me for Event” (“Service”) provided by Share-Me, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Visitors who use the Service (“Users” or “you”) must review and agree to these Terms before using the Service.

Article 1. Service Description

The Service is an event-based stamp rally service that enables Users to visit booths, exhibitions, sessions, activations, or other designated locations at an event by using NFC stands, QR codes, URLs, or other designated methods, and to collect stamps, points, benefits, rewards, or other participation records.
The Service may include all or part of the following functions:
1. Collecting stamps by scanning or tapping NFC stands, QR codes, or other designated media;
2. Displaying stamp collection status, visit history, and achievement status;
3. Viewing information about exhibitors, booths, products, services, documents, and other content;
4. Submitting surveys, requesting materials, making inquiries, requesting meetings, sharing contact information, and performing other visitor actions;
5. Participating in benefits, lotteries, coupons, rewards, campaigns, and other promotional activities;
6. Other functions related to the above.
The Service does not automatically include event entrance management, ticket sales, identity verification, payment processing, seating management, or other admission control functions. If such functions are provided separately, separate terms and conditions shall apply.

Article 2. Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all Users who use the Service.
Event organizers, operators, venue managers, or other relevant parties (“Organizers”) may separately establish rules regarding event participation, venue use, benefits, campaigns, or other event-specific conditions.
If these Terms conflict with event-specific conditions, the event-specific conditions shall prevail with respect to event operations, benefits, campaigns, and other matters specific to the event. However, these Terms shall apply to the use of the Service itself.

Article 3. Roles of the Company, Organizers, and Booth Exhibitors

The Company provides the system, management functions, data collection and display functions, and other related functions of the Service.
The Organizers are responsible for the overall planning and operation of the event, exhibitor management, venue management, campaign design, benefit provision, and other matters related to event operation.
Companies, organizations, or other entities exhibiting at the event (“Exhibitors”) are responsible for their respective booths, exhibitions, materials, product and service explanations, inquiry responses, meeting responses, and other content provided by the Exhibitors.
User information obtained through the Service may be shared among the Company, the Organizers, and the Exhibitors. The specific handling of such information shall be governed by the Privacy Policy separately established by the Company and by the notices displayed within the Service.

Article 4. User Registration and Input Information

In order to use the Service, Users may be required to input information designated by the Company or the Organizers, such as name, email address, company name, job title, industry, areas of interest, and other information.
Users represent that the information they provide is accurate and up to date.
If any input information contains false, inaccurate, impersonated, or otherwise inappropriate content, the Company or the Organizers may restrict the User’s use of the Service or invalidate stamps, points, benefits, or other rights obtained through the Service.

Article 5. Stamp Collection and Visit History

Users may collect stamps by using NFC stands, QR codes, or other methods designated by the Company or the Organizers at the event venue.
Stamp collection may require a smartphone, internet connection, browser, device settings, or other usage environment.
User actions, including NFC taps, QR code scans, booth visits, content views, material views, stamp collection, and other operations, may be recorded for purposes such as visit history management, participation status tracking, benefit determination, event analysis, reporting to Exhibitors, Service improvement, and fraud prevention.
Stamps may not be collected properly due to communication conditions, device settings, browser specifications, NFC reading errors, QR code reading errors, or other reasons.

Article 6. Sharing Information with Exhibitors

Through the Service, User information, including registration information, stamp collection status, booth visit history, browsing history, survey responses, material requests, inquiries, meeting requests, contact-sharing actions, and other information, may be shared with the Organizers, the Company, and relevant Exhibitors.
The scope of information shared with Exhibitors may vary depending on the settings of each event, notices displayed within the Service, the User’s actions, and the User’s consent.
If a User performs actions at a specific booth, such as tapping an NFC stand, scanning a QR code, viewing materials, answering surveys, requesting materials, making inquiries, requesting meetings, or sharing contact information, the User’s information may be provided to the Exhibitor of that booth.
By using the Service, Users understand and agree that their information may be shared with the Organizers, the Company, and Exhibitors depending on their actions within the Service.

Article 7. Benefits, Rewards, and Campaigns

The content, conditions, eligibility, quantity, timing, method of provision, and other details of stamp rallies, lotteries, benefits, rewards, coupons, and other campaigns shall be determined by the Organizers or Exhibitors.
Unless the Company itself provides such benefits, the Company shall not be responsible for the content, quality, availability, terms of use, or any other matters relating to such benefits.
Stamps, points, benefits, or other rights already obtained may be invalidated in any of the following cases:
1. If stamps or benefits are obtained by fraudulent means;
2. If registration information contains false or inaccurate information;
3. If duplicate registration by the same person or other fraudulent use is confirmed;
4. If the User violates event-specific conditions or these Terms;
5. If the Company or the Organizers reasonably determine that the User’s conduct is inappropriate.

Article 8. Prohibited Acts

Users shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the Service:

Acts that violate laws, regulations, public order, morals, or these Terms;
Registering false information;
Using the Service by impersonating a third party;
Fraudulently using, duplicating, modifying, or distributing NFC stands, QR codes, URLs, stamp collection functions, or other elements of the Service;
Using automated tools, bots, scraping, or other methods beyond normal use;
Infringing the rights, interests, reputation, or privacy of the Service, the Company, the Organizers, Exhibitors, or third parties;
Unauthorized access to the Service system or imposing an excessive load on the system;
Interfering with event operations, booth operations, or the experience of other visitors;
Any other act reasonably deemed inappropriate by the Company or the Organizers.

Article 9. Restrictions on Use

If a User violates these Terms or is suspected of fraudulent use, the Company or the Organizers may, without prior notice, suspend the User’s use of the Service, cancel registration, invalidate stamps, points, or benefits, or take other necessary measures.
Even if the User suffers damages as a result of the measures described in the preceding paragraph, the Company shall not be liable except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.

Article 10. Intellectual Property Rights

Intellectual property rights related to the Service, including screens, designs, logos, programs, text, images, videos, materials, and other content displayed in the Service, belong to the Company, the Organizers, Exhibitors, or other rightful owners.
Users may not reproduce, reprint, distribute, modify, publicly transmit, sell, or otherwise use such content beyond the scope necessary to use the Service.

Article 11. Changes, Suspension, and Termination of the Service

The Company may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Service when necessary, including in cases of system maintenance, failure response, specification changes, event cancellation, postponement or modification, communication failure, natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other circumstances.
Even if the User suffers damages due to the preceding paragraph, the Company shall not be liable except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.

Article 12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Company does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, continuity, fitness for a particular purpose, absence of defects, or achievement of expected results with respect to the Service.
The Company does not warrant the accuracy, quality, safety, or legality of information, materials, products, services, benefits, or other content provided by the Organizers or Exhibitors.

Article 13. Limitation of Liability

If the Company causes damages to a User in relation to the Service, the Company shall be liable only for ordinary and direct damages, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.
The Company shall not be liable for information provision, communications, solicitations, business meetings, benefit provision, product or service provision, or any other acts by the Organizers or Exhibitors, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.
The provisions of the preceding two paragraphs shall not apply to the extent that such limitation is not permitted under applicable laws, including the Consumer Contract Act.

Article 14. Handling of Personal Information

The handling of Users’ personal information, stamp collection history, booth visit history, browsing history, and other information by the Company shall be governed by the “Share-Me for Event Stamp Rally Privacy Policy” separately established by the Company.

Article 15. Changes to These Terms

The Company may amend these Terms when necessary due to changes in laws, changes in the Service, or other reasons.
When amending these Terms, the Company shall notify Users of the amended Terms and the effective date by displaying them within the Service, by email, or by other appropriate means.
If a User uses the Service after the effective date of the amended Terms, the User shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms. However, if consent is required by law, the Company shall obtain such consent separately.

Article 16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.
Unless otherwise provided by law, the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute arising between the Company and a User in connection with the Service or these Terms.
