Yes. Before production begins, our designers will prepare a mockup of the final card for your review. Manufacturing will begin only after you approve the design.

ShareCustom orders are typically delivered within 3–4 weeks after the design has been finalized. Delivery times may vary depending on the order quantity and specifications.

Yes. You can easily place additional orders using the same design whenever new employees join or your organization grows.

We accept credit cards, PayPay, and convenience store payments. For corporate customers, invoice billing may also be available upon request, subject to eligibility.

The card’s standard features are available with a one-time purchase, with no monthly fee required.

For businesses that need centralized employee management, card deactivation, shared contact management, or team activity analytics, we offer an optional business subscription plan. Many companies choose to combine ShareCustom cards with these business management features.

Yes. We can issue quotations, invoices, and receipts for business customers.

No. The recipient simply taps the card with their smartphone or scans the QR code, and the profile opens directly in a web browser such as Safari or Chrome.

ShareCustom works with both iPhone and Android devices. If a device does not support NFC or the NFC function does not respond, the profile can still be accessed through the QR code printed on the card.

No. The card does not contain a battery. It operates using the small amount of energy generated by the recipient’s smartphone, so it can be used repeatedly without charging.

Yes. Each card can be linked to a different employee account or profile. Multiple cards can also be linked to the same profile.

Yes. Names, job titles, contact details, social media accounts, websites, PDF documents, and other information can be updated at any time without remaking the card. Changes are reflected immediately.

Yes. Company brochures, service documents, pricing sheets, sales materials, recruitment materials, portfolios, and other documents can be added to the digital profile.

Yes. The department name, job title, and other profile information can be updated without replacing the card.

However, if the employee’s name, department, or job title is printed directly on the physical card, you may wish to order a replacement card.

Yes. An admin dashboard is available through our business subscription plan. Administrators can centrally add, edit, and remove employee information and profiles.

Yes. Cards can be deactivated at any time through the admin dashboard. Once deactivated, the card will no longer provide access to the former employee’s profile.

Yes. Administrators can disconnect the card from the employee’s profile through the admin dashboard. The lost card will return to its initial setup state, reducing the risk of unauthorized access to employee information.

All communications are encrypted using SSL/TLS, and customer information is securely managed within an AWS environment located in Japan.

You can disconnect the card from the profile through the admin dashboard or login page. Once disconnected, the card returns to its initial setup state, preventing access to the linked profile.

No. Profile information is stored securely in the cloud. You can link the same profile to a new card and continue using it without losing your data.

Yes. If the product develops a defect or stops functioning under normal use within one year of purchase, we will replace it free of charge.

The warranty does not cover loss, theft, intentional damage, accidental damage, water damage, or damage caused by improper use.

If the product has an initial defect or manufacturing fault, we will replace it free of charge.

As ShareCustom products are made with original custom designs, returns due to customer preference and design changes after production has started are generally not accepted.
