What is a smart business card? How can I use it?
Smart business cards are cutting-edge tools that utilize NFC technology, the same technology used in Suica cards. Simply tap the card to someone's smartphone to instantly open your profile page and share your business card information and social media links. Sticker-type cards that attach to smartphones work the same way.
What is a Smart Sticker?
Smart Sticker is a sticker version of the cutting-edge smart business card, which can be attached anywhere.
It works in the same way as a smart business card; by attaching it to the back of your smartphone, you can instantly share your business card anytime.
Does the other party also need to have Share-Me?
No, it's not necessary. You can use it without any problems even if the other party is not a Share-Me user.
If the other party is not a Share-Me user, there are two main ways to exchange business cards:
1) Share your information using your smart business card and receive a paper business card from the other party.
2) Use the business card exchange function within Share-Me.
Using the business card exchange function within Share-Me makes managing business cards more efficient for both parties.

Is it necessary to download an app?
No, it's not.
Share-Me can be used on web browsers such as Chrome and Safari. No mobile app installation is required at all, and the other party does not need to be a Share-Me user.

Is there a monthly fee?
No, there are no charges. Once you purchase Share-Me, you can use it permanently for free.
Is it acceptable business etiquette to exchange business cards using a smart business card?
From the perspective of digital transformation and environmental protection, smart business cards are becoming a common way to share contact information across a wide range of industries. Considering the reduced administrative burden on recipients, smart business cards can be seen as a superior tool.
About the features
What is a direct link?
By setting up a direct link, you can direct visitors straight to a specific URL without them having to go through your profile page. This allows for a smooth transition to your company website, social media, Google reviews, and more.
Can I change the design?
Yes, you can easily change the design of your profile page. You can create a design that matches your unique brand.
Can I change my profile information mid-way?
You can change your profile information at any time from the Share-Me login page. You can always edit it, even if you change jobs or positions.
Which social media platforms do you support?
We support all major social media platforms. In addition to websites, phone, and email, we offer full support for Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, LINE, WhatsApp, Eight, Telegram, and Calendly. Other social media platforms can be added upon user request.
Do you support other languages?
With global communication in mind, we fully support English, and will sequentially add other languages based on demand.
About this device
Which smartphones are compatible?
Share-Me is compatible with both iPhone and Android. It can be used with all NFC-enabled smartphones (iPhone 7 and later, Pixel, Galaxy, etc.). If NFC is not working for any reason, you can still share your profile by scanning the QR code on the back.
Is the device waterproof?
All devices are waterproof, so it's not a problem if they get wet by mistake.
What is the card made of?
This durable card is made of PVC (plastic).
What are the sizes of the cards and stickers?
ShareCard is the same size as a credit card. ShareTap is 3cm x 3cm, about the size of a 500-yen coin.
If damaged
In the unlikely event that your device breaks down and becomes unusable, we will send you a new device free of charge within one year of purchase.
Please note that the shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
How to use NFC on Android
In Japan, many people frequently use NFC, so Android NFC is usually already turned on.
If it is turned off, you can change the settings by following these steps:
1. Open the "Settings" app on your device.
2. Tap "Connected devices" or "Connection preferences."
3. Find and tap "NFC."
4. Toggle "NFC" to turn it on.
NFC will now be enabled, and you can use Share-Me on your smartphone.
Regarding custom designs
What is custom design?
This service allows you to create custom cards and stickers with your company or team logo and use them as Share-Me items.
What's the lead time?
Depending on the season, it usually takes about 2 to 5 weeks after your order is confirmed. (It may take longer during busy periods.)
Is there a discount for bulk orders?
Current pricing for custom smart business cards is as follows:
20-49 cards: ¥5,000 per card
50-100 cards: ¥4,000 per card
100-200 cards: ¥3,000 per card
200+ cards: Individual quote based on quantity

About shipping
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Delivery is usually within 3-7 days.
Is there a shipping fee?
Shipping is a flat rate of ¥350. Free shipping on purchases over ¥5,000.
Returns & Exchanges
Is it possible to return the item?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
For returns due to customer convenience, the shipping fee will be borne by the customer.

Is there a warranty?
In the unlikely event that the card is defective, or if the NFC function stops working within one year, we will exchange it for a new product.
