The Service is designed to allow Users to visit booths, exhibits, lectures, projects, and other designated locations through NFC stands, QR codes, URLs, and other media within the event venue, and to perform operations such as collecting stamps, viewing content, answering surveys, requesting materials, making inquiries, requesting business meetings, and sharing contact information.

The Service does not inherently include event admission reception, ticket sales, payment, identity verification, seat management, or other admission management functions. If these functions are provided separately, a separate privacy policy or terms of use will apply.

If event organizers, operators, booth exhibitors, or other related parties independently acquire or use personal information, the privacy policy or other conditions established by such business operators may apply.
Article 3 (Basic Policy on Information Sharing in the Service)

In the Service, User registration information, stamp collection history, booth visit history, content viewing history, survey responses, material requests, inquiries, business meeting requests, contact sharing, and other information may be shared among the Company, event organizers, and booth exhibitors for event operation, analysis, exhibitor follow-up, marketing, prize provision, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

When a User uses the Service, the Company will display the content of shared information, sharing recipients, and purposes of use through displays on the Service, registration screens, consent screens, or other appropriate methods.

If a User performs operations such as NFC tap, QR code scanning, stamp collection, material viewing, video viewing, survey response, material request, inquiry, business meeting request, or contact sharing at a specific booth, User information may be shared with the exhibitor of that booth.

By using the Service, the User agrees that the Company, event organizers, and booth exhibitors may acquire, use, and share User information within the scope defined in this policy.

Article 7 (Provision to Booth Exhibitors)

If a User performs operations such as NFC tap, QR code scanning, stamp collection, material viewing, video viewing, survey response, material request, inquiry, business meeting request, or contact sharing at a specific booth, the Company may provide User information to the exhibitor of that booth.

The handling of information by exhibitors may be subject to the respective exhibitor's privacy policy or other conditions.

The Company requires exhibitors to handle User information appropriately through contracts or other methods. However, exhibitors are responsible for their own communications, sales activities, product/service provision, and other actions.
Article 8 (Joint Use)
The Company, organizers, and exhibitors may jointly use User information acquired in connection with the Service within the following scope:

Name, email address, phone number, company name, department name, job title, occupation, industry, areas of interest, purpose of participation, stamp collection history, booth visit history, material viewing history, video viewing history, survey responses, material requests, inquiries, business meeting requests, contact sharing, and other operation history on the Service
2. Scope of joint users
The Company, the organizer of the relevant event, and the exhibitors participating in the event whose booths were visited, viewed, operated, or with whom information was shared by the User.
3. Purpose of joint use
For the provision of the Service, event operation, visitor analysis, booth traffic analysis, material delivery, inquiry response, business meeting contact, product/service information, marketing, prize provision, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

5. Method of acquisition

Article 9 (Provision to Third Parties)
